  • What is one of the most important benefits of your services?
    Apex provides Front Office services that allow our clients to maintain a full time physical and professional presence no matter where they are or what they're doing. We assume our client's burden of physically being in an office or constantly tied to a telephone. This frees our clients to do what they do best whether its selling their wares or playing golf.

    Apex provides meeting and office space by the hour, as well a range of other services including full time telephone answering services which can even schedule your meetings.


    How do you differ from traditional executive suites?

    Several ways: Apex provides full time telephone answering and reception services at a fraction of the cost. We offer an additional professional address (with mail and courier service) which can serve as our clients' primary address.     How can I use this service if I am not close to one of your office centers?
    By using Apex you can have an additional address or satellite office at a very nominal cost. Whether you are in Toronto, Tokyo, or Timbuktu, you can have a new office in one of our centers in a matter of minutes. We can e-mail you an application, process it in a matter of minutes, and charge your credit card. It is that easy. We will provide you with a mailbox and a telephone number that same day.


    I want to grow my small business, how can you help me?
    Several ways: First, Apex will provide a full time receptionist to answer your phones and greet visitors and therefore eliminate the need for an employee that would perform those functions. Second, no need to incur a long-term lease obligation with expensive rent for a fixed amount of office space. With our Front Office services your new or additional employees can either telecommute or work from wherever, and be fully serviced by our full-time tele-assistants. And you will have no need to lease meeting room space. You can conduct all your meetings at our state-of-the-art office centers and pay for only the time you use the facilities. Third, we provide the computer-telephony and voice mail equipment, saving our clients the capital costs and frustrations of having to purchase and install these systems.
